However, Irinarkhov and his associates take up defensive positions in the building. An assault is being prepared. State Duma deputies Neverov and Kolomiets try to persuade Irinarkhov to surrender. Irinarkhov demands that Prosecutor General Sablin personally hand him the arrest warrant. Sablin accepts Irinarkhov's condition. Private detective Dubrovsky exposes a gang of counterfeiters. His old friend Khromov, an FSB officer, offers Dubrovsky to work together in a secret service, on whose instructions Khromov is monitoring the activities of the IVA company. But Khromov disappears without a trace, and Dubrovsky is forced to hide from the counterfeiters pursuing him.
