One morning, Bárbara and Joseph say goodbye so she can return to the capital in disguise to continue operations for the Allies. Bárbara's new mission is to watch over and protect Ema. As they carry out their espionage activities, they realize Agent Simões from the PVDE is on their tail.´ Ema informs Larenz of the movements of her "agents" scattered across Europe and, more specifically, of the Allied forces' plans to land at Calais. Fed up with the suspicious deception, Rose hands Larenz the list of Ema's agents and suggests he visit the Spanish ones. Upon reaching the Spanish villages, Larenz discovers that all the addresses are indeed fictitious. Meanwhile, Rose meets with her new superior, Wolf, who gives her more operational funds to deal with Ema. Back in Lisbon, Larenz tries to catch Ema, but she evades him with Bárbara's help, who hides her at MI6 headquarters. For the first time in panic, Larenz contacts Martha and gets drunk. When they meet, Martha realizes Ema has been exposed and, seeing an opportunity to capture him and extract information, tries to inject him with a substance to knock him out.Joseph cares for Hans, who improves as time passes. The two grow fond of each other until, finally, Joseph discovers that Hans is not who he claims to be: he is the German pilot in the service of the Nazis.
