The board members scramble to fix her mistake of buying Mr. Shin's company that will result in the FCC investigating DiMera. The board members vote to get rid of Kate and reinstate Stefano as CEO and Chad votes with the other board members. Kate wastes no time to going to Victor and inquiring about returning to Mad World though this would mean Lucas would be out. Victor does not let on that he was helping Stefano set Kate up. Hope and Abe rush to locate Stefano but miss there chance as Stefano boards a plane just as the stay on his warrant is lifted. Cole makes plans for his date with Paige but she rushes back the the student center realizing she forgot to tell her mother that she decided not to perform. Eve and JJ are talking when Paige arrives but it is clear she didn't over hear anything about them sleeping together.
