Walter briefly tells George about the situation with Ann and George implies that Walter can use that to his advantage since they are still married. George visits with Ann's lawyer Simon Benjamin to discuss the divorce and they both agree the sooner the better for both An and Walter. Ann has lunch with Irene and they discuss the night before in case Walter calls Irene. Simon Benjamin calls the restaurant and has Ann paged. Simon asks Ann to drop everything and come to his office. Once Ann arrives Simon tells Ann that they are not in the best place since Ann is still seeing Paul. Ann goes over to see Susan on her way home and tells Susan about her goings on, when Dan comes home and is not to thrilled to see Ann, so Dan goes outside with Jerry and his model airplane.
