His exasperation is making his face feel all scrunchy like it's on too tight. To help Ethan feel less scrunchy, Mr. Anthony shows him how to do the crocodile smile, which does make him feel less scrunchy, but doesn't change the fact about how he feels about the inaccuracies of Zahara's drawing.
