Sally admits how much she misses Thomas, but remains hopeful that Jarrett Maxwell will give her a fair review this time. At Spencer Publications, Bill lets Brooke, Justin and Jarrett know that he will do whatever it takes to bring down Spectra Fashion so he can build his beloved skyscraper. Just as Bill is about to instruct Jarrett on how he is to report on Spectra's latest designs, Liam surprises everyone, including his father, by announcing that he will attend the preview to ensure Sally's reputation is not ruined by outside forces. Later, Sally informs her guests that all of the designs are hers. Liam and Jarrett are very impressed by what they see. Sally's moments of glory are cut short by a sudden and small electrical fire that begins in an outlet. Liam jumps into action and grabs the nearest fire extinguisher. Liam then calls Bill to inform that Sally's new collection is going to be a hit. Bill then shouts at Justin that nothing has changed: they will wipe Spectra off the face of the earth.
