He always maintained his innocence and swore vengeance, notably for the claim of his adoptive sister Sabrina Brandner (then 12) to be traumatized as witness. Her alibi falls trough. Her fiance Jan Wettmann, Kevin's buddy and partner in petty crime before the murder, kept contact in jail and is linked to a bag of loot buried near the corpse.
