Her arrival disrupts the class as the students want her to sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" with them as she has done before instead of them continuing to make their friendship bracelets. Mr. Anthony is feeling wound up and frustrated that the students aren't listening to him to finish their bracelets. His Mom reminds him how to do the string fling, which helps him feel less wound up and frustrated but doesn't make the students listen to him. So his Mom reminds him of a Napkin Man story, which she tells the whole class, about the time he went to the super hero sporting gym, where other super heroes there like Elastic Stan, Stretcho Girl, Muscle Man and Strong Stella got distracted by the arrival of Napkin Mum doing cartwheels - which they wanted to emulate - she who came solely to bring Napkin Man his special lunch. Napkin Man was wound up and frustrated as his super hero friends doing cartwheels took away from them putting together the trampoline like they had said they were going to do.
