Michelle wants to dress up as Napkin Girl, but Austin is already dressed as Napkin Girl and Michelle doesn't know why a boy would dress up like a girl, even in make believe. Michelle's crossed arms and scowly face indicates to Mr. Anthony that she's annoyed. Mr. Anthony shows her how to do the jungle jiggle, which helps her feel better, but which doesn't make her understand how a boy can or would want to dress up as a girl. So Mr. Anthony proceeds to tell her not a Napkin Man story, but a Napkin Girl story, about the time she went to see the jungle animal parade organized by Patty the Peahen. Patty just couldn't understand why Paula the Peahen painted her tail feathers bright colors so that she could look like a peacock, even if only in make believe for the parade.
