He drives a big car, but apart from that has no other ambitions for a life of luxury. He is quite young and inexperienced and is influenced by Christer, an upper-class guy, who has used his parents financially and now Stefan becomes his victim. Christer's plans for the future are advanced and high-flying and he manages to persuade Stefan to commit a crime - a large scale check fraud.
