The Chandlers odd personalities are a result of questionable breeding, originating generations back in a very isolated and population limited environment and appears to be limited to the males in the family. Steve Chandler is a very successful and financially independent man whose wealth origination is unknown, and he's not talking. His children know he's well to do and make sure they get what they believe is their fair share. Just when you think you've met his family, another one pops out of the wood pile.
