He was trying to protect Ron. Later, Tiger the gangster who was trying to kill Ron was died and the prison was in a riot. Finally, Jia met Ron but he was killing by someone else. Jia was trying to save him but later Zack arrived and he thought that Jia was here to kill Ron.
