Overview
Cameron Smyres is originally from Auburn, Washington. He completed his undergraduate degrees at Brigham Young University, and his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at UCSD, as well as a one year fellowship in Emergency Medicine Ultrasound. His academic interests include global health, with focus on point of care ultrasound education and implementation in developing areas. Outside of the hospital he spends most of his free time with his wife and three children, but loves classical music, theatre, and ballroom dancing.
