The study examines on norovirus research in which vast numbers of articles published in the diffe... more The study examines on norovirus research in which vast numbers of articles published in the different regions of world during 2010-2019 based on the database of wob of science. The visualization of this study was to execute a scientometric analysis of all published articles by researchers in globally. As such, the articles can help to all the users for rereading. This study approved depends on several seientometric pointers explained through five numbers of tables and three numbers of figures, such as Main information, Annual total citations per year, Author impact citations, Author productions over time and Author productions over time documents and for figures, (a) Yearly productions (b) Country productions, most cited countries, and Most cited Sources etc. Results of this analysis, most references (61509), Keywords Plus (5110), Author Appearances (27166), Single-authored documents in author's collaborative work (160) were found on noro virus research. The findings were identified the highest numbers of articles (554) from 2017, most productive author of by Vinje J, highest document types published for articles (4240), topmost contribution counties by USA (3770), Average Article Citations also (28.74%). Topmost (12.00%) average cited source by two journals (Journal of virology and Appl Environ Microbiology). These papers found about various aspects of the appearances and outlines of contributions of the study on research.

Nowadays, academic libraries are in the position to change from their holdings to strategies of access due to technology developments. Hence, e-collection management and its policies are needed for meeting the changes and spreading the broad information. An e-collection policy statement is one of the frameworks and fix of parameters within the working of staff and users. This helps to act as an important role for the selection of the e-collections. The purpose of this article is describing the basic knowledge of E-Collection policy statement, Selection Criteria for E-collections, Bibliographic Considerations for E-Collections Management, Digital Preservation, and Perpetual Access, Relation to the E-Collection Management and The Wider Context. Finally, this article gives statements for challenging in user and education of personnel to responding to this e-environment and increasing information literally user communication and explains the importance of e-collection managements can be followed at all levels.

In academic libraries, the application of the latest technology, particularly internet technology, has transformed traditional methods of providing library and information services. Introducing novel information via a variety of channels requires an extra need for information and a library system to include the latest users. As users of technology became more demanding, libraries grew or invented new services. Information methods and techniques are constantly being developed by the internet for libraries to use to provide their services. Some research achieved one-of-a-kind elements of the sector that have underlined the significance and relevance of libraries in the modern world. The modern library is characterized by a networked, automatic environment in which each operation is performed with the assistance of one or more communication or information tools. This paper explains the Purpose and Functions of an Academic Library, the Need for Modern Academic Library Services, Modern and Information Services of the Academic Library, and Emerging Trends in Library and Information Services. In addition, this article is designed to help research scholars learn about these fields.

Scientometric methods, particularly the literature developmentmodels, Document types, Most Global Cited Documents, Most Frequent Words, Authorscollaboration, Author Impact (h-index, g-index, m-index), Most Local Cited Authors,Relevant Countries by Corresponding Author, Most Cited Countries, Most RelevantAffiliations are identified. The results of this study confess that the scientific literature on astroviruses in worldwide had grown-up exponentially with an annual growth rate of about8.86% during the above declared period. Journal of medical virology were the most productive journals contributing 71 articles of the total publications. Infection children,diarrhea, gastroenteritis, identification, astrovirus, rotavirus. The USA produced maximumnumber (222) of articles as it has highest frequency (0.20%), single country publication(165), multiple country publications (57) and ratio of multiple country publication (026%)ranked first. 24 number of papers published from single-authored documents and 4570number of papers published from multi-authored documents. Kramer A has got the highestcitation (994 and Total Citation per Year: 66.27%), average citations per documents 26.17 percentage and average citations per year per documents 2.64 of during period.
