how do I even intro this

[ ...Hmph. What an odd sort of place.
But no matter, because it's that time of year again, and Fakir is extra ambitious this season. He's looking for someone. A very specific someone.
He wanders around the castle, on the prowl. ]
[ ooc: ...Fakir that has been infected with the blood of some evil villain drake I haven't made the story up of yet. LOL. ]

[[Fakir has his Master Sword drawn, eyes narrowed as he stands at the edge of the lake, facing a worthy adversary.
...He doesn't realize that the chicken innocently pecking the ground in front of him isn't as ferocious as the almighty cuckoo from home.]]
...Oh god.

KYA--!
[[Fakir, dressed in a green tunic with a green cap, carrying a pack, a shield, and a grand sword--the _Master Sword_--swings the blade in the center of the large, entrance hall of the castle.
...and he slices through several pots.
Dammit, he's low on rupees!]]
This place...

Prince Siegfried padded steadily along a hallway, the length of stone before him dwindling rapidly. A crystal chandelier hung above, but unlit, as daylight still provided clear illumination from the windows. His jumping gaze had the agility he usually reserved for dance, but it was strangely solid, almost cold. Certainly unflinching, even though the hornet's buzz in his heart that he now knew as fear was growing with each sight that met him. There were no people, it seemed, only beautiful architecture, but the graceful arches along the ceiling and the curled patterns on the door frames must have been designed for somebody.
He would very much have liked a word with that person, or at least with someone who could explain this place to him, not that he was terribly interested in the decorative elements. As lovely as it was, the ethereal elegance was unfamiliar to him in every way. This was not his palace. Though he had been gone for such a long time, he remembered the entirety of his home, and this was not part of it.
So, despite having no idea where he was, he needed somewhere to go. The particularly large doorway at the end of the hallway stood out, that had to be as good a place as any. He passed quickly through the windows' light and the walls' shadow to get there, building days and nights' worth of courage from each transition. He paused before the door at last, searching it from top to bottom with an odd desperation, as if trying to decide whether or not it might take him home somehow. However, he soon sighed faintly, and closed his eyes under a creased brow. No, and it was rather silly of him to consider that, wasn't it? He found the hilt of his sword with his palm, but didn't draw it. If he needed it, there it was. One thing he was sure he didn't need was enemies, and charging in with an exposed blade might well be a quick way to make them. He allowed himself a cutting smile. They would just have to accept his entrance, because he was not going to wait. His countenance assumed its seriousness once more, and he slammed into the next room.
"Now, if someone would please tell me... What is going on?!" He wished he could have thought of a more precise demand, but there was too much stirring in him, more swiftly than he could name all he felt.
Bringing back an oldie~!

[[ Ahiru was skating in the halls again, only this time she was moving in a slower pace. She glides through the empty halls deep in thought.
She missed the city! She missed her uncle and his countless rollerblades collection. She missed the loud honking of cars in rush hour. The smell of pizza coming from across the street of her apartment. She missed the obstacle course behind her uncle's shop. She even missed sneaking out as Tutu and skating against other speed skaters.
Heck she even missed Lonhengrin even through he was a big jerk.
Ahiru let out sigh before she continued her skating.]]

[[The duck-girl, currently in the form of a girl, can be found sitting on the steps of the castle entrance. Those who know her might note that she's being much ... well, much more still than she usually would be.
On her lap is a large old book of fairy tales with lavish illustrations. She's slowly thumbing through it, one page at a time, except for every so often, when she suddenly flips back to look at pages she's already looked at. She stares at the pictures with an almost exaggerated look of intent on her face, and then goes back to flipping through.]]

[[Mytho steps into the vast expanse of the castle entrance, the plastic bag full of heavy (and ridiculously expensive) textbooks plopping down and echoing the boom into the room, his backpack sagging from his shoulders.
There he was, second semester in college, and entering that weird dreamworld once more.
...But that was just a long, long, long and elaborate dream, wasn't it?!
He runs a hand through his white hair.]]

because I got new icons !

[Tutu breathed in the cold air and swung Lorelei again. It glittered beautifully in the sunlight of the setting sun.
The cold air didn't matter much. She was a Valkyrie, she was used to fight no matter what the weather was like.
She swung her sword again.
How strange. Even though she was happy to get out of Valhalla for a while, to leave all the fighting behind, she still started practicing combat at the lake close by the castle that day. Was she actually missing it?
Tutu shook her head. No. That wasn't it. She was just too attached to her role as a Valkyrie and she felt the urge to fight for Odin. She had fought against the warriors in Valhalla countless times, but she she never felt so at ease, like she was in just that moment.
And also, it would be bad if she got weaker staying at the castle. What would she do when Ragnarök comes?
But it would be more effective to train with an opponent...]
[ I got a few new icons, although I still need some more. Don't know if anyone will write anything here, but I wanted to make this post for a while]

[[There's a bit of a blush on Tutu's cheeks as she stands in front of a stall, shoulders slumped as the ball she tried to shoot into the basket rebounded off the rim.
Darn. She truly did wish for that bear hanging from the rack above the game.
With a sigh, she steps away from the booth and straightens out her habit, picking up her staff from its position leaning against the table.
Perhaps another game then...]]

[[A little yellow duck with a bundle of clothes suitable for a modest, if poor, young Victorian girl tied around her neck waddles into the dining hall. It's about dinner time, and she's hoping to find some nice, fresh bread.
Instead, when she flutters clumsily up onto the table, she is confronted with a long row of juicy roast turkeys.]]

at November 26th, 2010 (08:49 am)
[[When characters wake up the morning of the 26th, red, yellow, orange, brown leaves litter the ground, the scent of the coming winter hits their noses, the temperature is cooler, and the Autumn Festival begins!
The ghosts have set up games and hayrides on the castle grounds, surrounding the lake and the gardens with booths in which the ghosts give away beautiful autumn treats and host games with prizes! The hedge maze has turned into a corn maze, the decorated gazebo still sitting in the center for quiet, romantic moments in the moonlight~
The entire Enchanted Castle will be decorated with festive autumn decor. The dining rooms and ballrooms will be littered with music and dancing and food.
Yes, including turkey--hide your ducks!
Let your characters immerse themselves in the festivities!]]

It's been a while since I entered the human world...
[ The Valkyrie wandered through the entrance hall of the big castle. She was send to the human world, although she didn't know why. It wasn't a request by Odin she knew that much. It must have been about 300 years she last walked in the human world. It was really a different feeling than Valhalla.
She enjoyed the silence. No weapons or shields that were clashed at one another, only the sweet sound of birds singing and the smell of flowers and grass.
She walked around aimlessly and wondered
.]
I can feel the souls of this place, but none of them seem to be qualified to be warriors for Odins army. Then why was I send to this place? Do I have to protect someone? Is a war about to start?
[But it didn't matter to her. For now, she could relax from the rough halls of the dead. There was no need to rush.]
[[OOC: So this is my character Valkyrie!Tutu, but you can also call her Swanhild. I failed with the icon, but I'm not in the mood to make another one right now. If i ever do a huge grammar mistake or anything like that please tell me so i can correct it! I also won't make her talk to much about valhalla and stuff.]]

[Ahiru wandered around the big entrance hall of the castle that she had found herself in, nibbling on her lip, her red eyes showing worry. This... didn't feel like a dream. Dreams felt... thick. Or, at least, they had the two times she'd ever successfully managed to Dreamwalk... and the fact that this didn't seem to be a dream world meant that she'd messed up. Big Time. She groaned]
Oh, mother is not going to be happy...
[She shivered, her white underwear-corset-and-negligée number (picked out by her mother, of course) doing little to keep her warm, but she wasn't going to try and shapeshift something warmer. For once, she was very glad of her long, fiery hair, though she still wished that her mother would let her tie it back. She tripped over and winced as she hit the cold floor, but she was used to such knocks and countered by removing her silly white heels. The stone floor was cold under her feet.
Her tiny yellow wings flapped slightly, betraying her nervousness, and she fiddled with her lovestone pendant.]
Hello? Anyone there?
[She called out, not sure if she wanted an answer or not]
((OOC: Yeah... I don't know what I was thinking either, but have a Succubus!Ahiru because the idea wouldn't leave me alone. We all know she'll fail at it. I think I'll call her Liliru (Lilith + Ahiru)... I wanted to show you guys a picture of her, but my scanner has refused to work with my new laptop. >_< Not happy about that.
