A simple procedure for immunocytochemical- and silver-staining of endocrine cells in the same section
M Lundqvist et al. Acta Pathol Microbiol Immunol Scand A. 1983 Nov.
Abstract
A new simple staining and restaining procedure for peptide hormone/biogenic amine containing endocrine cells is described. With this, immunocytochemistry and restaining with a silver technique can be applied to the same histological section for the identification and characterization of endocrine cells.
