details: in the past several months i've placed four different orders with pullip parade: raphia, cornice, and several mini pullips. every doll arrived well-packaged and promptly with cute personalized notes. all correspondce with pullip parade have been polite and very friendly, and the shopping cart feature in the online shop is easy to use. :)
