Last month I contacted Madison twice about Mitzi, and he replied on the Monday and sent me a paypal request. I sent him payment and he'd sent her that day-- she arrived on the Friday! That's by far the quickest overseas package I've ever gotten. So, yeah I was very happy with that and I don't have anything bad to say about MH. I would buy from him again. =)

I bought a Raphia from them and they had great prices and shipping. I have no qualms with the packaging and shipping time, it was very quick. However, inside the box, Raphia's cross had snapped =( and her earring stud had come undone, too. This wasn't exactly their fault, but they still didn't say anything about that before the sale.
