The Indium doping concentration was varied from 0.025% to 2.00% by weight. It is found that the film thickness increases with increase in doping concentration. The electrical and optical properties of the films such as dark conductivity thermoelectric power and optical absorption were studied. The films prepared with 1% by weight doping concentration show high thermoelectric power and dark conductivity.

The photoelectrochemical cells Cdl_~Zn~S]NaOH-Na2S-S[C were formed, and their electrical and optical properties were studied. An attempt was made to explain the effect of substrate temperature on the performance of the photoelectrochemical cells.

Further reduction in active switches in the inverter topology is also beneficial for the cost factor point of view. In view of this, the present paper reports a novel inverter topology based on only four active switches as against the six switches topology widely reported in the literature. The said design is verified using PSIM software. The result shows good resemblance between our proposed four switches topology and conventional six switches topology.

The new auto tuner causes only minor perturbation on the normal operation of the process, needs little a prior information, and is robust to noise. The performance and design for automatic selection of the PID constants are also discussed. The accuracy and performance of this new auto-tuning method have been substantiated by extensive lab works.

The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, optical absorption, scanning electron microscopy and photoelectrochemical techniques. The effect of CdTe film annealing in nitrogen atmosphere on structural, optical and morphological was studied. X-ray diffraction study showed that films are polycrystalline with hexagonal phase. Optical absorption study revealed that CdTe is a direct band gap material with band gap of 1.52 eV. Scanning electron microscopy study revealed that the films are homogeneous without cracks or holes. No significant changes in crystal structure, optical bandgap and crystallinity were observed after annealing. From photoelectrochemical studies, it exhibited n-type conductivity.

The structural, optical and photoelectrochemical properties of these films have been studied. An X-ray diffraction study revealed that CdS films deposited at 70°C are polycrystalline with a single hexagonal phase. The optical absorption studies showed that the bandgap of CdS is 2.42 eV. In order to increase the conductivity, the as-deposited films were annealed in a nitrogen atmosphere. CdS films deposited on to stainless steel substrates showed better I~c and Vow, as compared to FrO coated glass substrates.

At the current scenario, existing classifiers fail to provide the accuracy for the classification. Therefore, a novel approach for image scene categorization is performed using the hybrid features and the Hybrid technique named Mayfly Moth Flame (MAMF) optimization algorithm dependent Deep Convolutional Neural Network (MAMF-based Deep CNN) classifier, which positively impacts on the classification accuracy. This algorithm tunes the classifier towards acquiring the optimal classification performance from the classifier and is developed through interbreeding the characteristic features of the vermins and the caddisflies. The significance of the hybrid features for the classification is implemented and analyzed using the MAMF-based deep CNN classifier. The experimental analysis reveals that the proposed Hybrid features with MAMF-based Deep CNN classifi...

The flyback converter is designed with the E–I Ferrite core MTC transformers with high permeability and high saturation point. The control circuit is designed around the integrated chip of UC3844 fixed frequency current mode controller incorporated with error amplifier, current sensing comparator, and a high totem pole output driver. External biasing is not required for the control circuit as it is directly biased from the high-voltage line and high-frequency transformer. Isolation is provided by transformer and optocoupler for input–output and power control circuit, respectively. Voltage and current are sensed through the resister divider circuit and shunt resistor, respectively. Control characteristics and performance of the flyback converter are simulated using PSIM software, and 20 W flyback converter hardwire circuit is built to validate the analytical results under variable lo...

Aqueous solution of cadmium acetate and zinc acetate were used as initial ingredients. The films were prepared by keeping optimized preparative parameters constant. Influence of variation of zinc in the `CdXZn1-XO' system on the structural, electrical and gas sensing properties of the films has been investigated. X-ray diffraction studies indicate polycrystalline nature of the films. Field emission scanning electron micrograph measurements reveal that the grain size decreases with increase in zinc content. It is found that films are sensitive to H2S gas and maximum response is observed at the operating temperature of 300°C.

The films were deposited on the glass substrates kept at three different temperatures (below 250o C). X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed polycrystalline nature with wurzite structure. The sensitivity to the LPG gas was studied by varying operating temperature and gas concentration. Maximum sensitivity of 19% was achieved at 10 ppm LPG at 325ºC. The response and recovery times were low at higher operating temperature.

It is normally generated from mines, sewage, gasoline, petroleum fields, natural gas production etc. It is tremendously dangerous to both environment and human beings. Therefore monitoring and controlling of H2S is very vital for the safety of human being and atmosphere. In nanotechnology era more attention is given to develop nanostructures metal- oxide semiconductors for various applications in day to day life. In that more importance is given to shape and morphology of particle. However it is not easy to control morphology as compared to particle size. Which required development of novel synthesis method or process to achieve the same and used for gas sensing. Practically it should be simple and cost effective method. On these considerations chemical methods are more suitable than physical process. Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a very fascinating material due to its versatile application generated by va...
