Economic activities have been disrupted severely. The overall influence on the global economy outlines, at the current time, is immeasurable. Some economic researchers suggest the implications could be far reaching than the Great Depression around the 1930s when the global economy experienced a contraction of about 26 percent. In the wake of this serious pandemic events, this study serves strategic direction related with adoption of PPE for employees to solve global economic downtrends. Methodology: The study has executed an online focus group discussion session through moderator for one hour in order to extract concern explorative information. In total, 6 experts who have experience in academia and NGOs were involved in the session. Findings: The outcomes of study identify issues related with disruptive PPE supplies, R&D and tactical compliances of PPE adoption. Originality: The study provides useful information for international policy makers and authorities who want to solve economic downtrends caused by pandemic.

Purpose: During the COVID-19 pandemic, a new age digital era has emerged; Artificial Intelligence... more Purpose: During the COVID-19 pandemic, a new age digital era has emerged; Artificial Intelligence (AI) could be instrumental in keeping this new virus within reasonable limits. AI also has the potential to transform communities into super smart Society 5.0. So, the main target of the study is to analyze AI-focused Society 5.0 configuration through the lens of the present pandemic. Design/Methodology/Approach: A systematic analysis of literature has been executed to discuss the AI-focused Society 5.0 configuration triggered by pandemic, in which over 300 publications are read and reviewed by the authors. The reliability and validity of literature analysis have also been established. Findings: The analysis confirms that the COVID-19 emergency can be one of the most important drivers, influencing transformation to Society 5.0 through the implementation of AI. This pandemic sets the perfect platform for global adoption of AI-based Society 5.0 to obtain more ethical human and technology collaboration. Research limitation: Prior empirical attempts are subsequently required to inquiry about the proposed conceptualization from different perspectives. Practical implications: The findings will act as a realistic roadmap for applying AI technologies to Society 5.0 outline by the incorporation of open source technologies, supportive regulations, and modern business models. Potential approaches emerging from this research are useful to community managers or large corporations partnering with local agencies to increase the opportunities for the long-term success of smart city projects. Social implications: The outcomes of the study will help to solve social and ecological issues aligned with SDGs. It will also create an innovative platform to utilize the working abilities of older segments of society. Originality/Value: This article is the first attempt to discuss AI-focused super intelligent society configuration to harness the hidden potential of the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital technologies as the Internet of things (IoT) are being harnessed to support the public-health response to COVID-19 worldwide that can make a significant impact to achieve SDGs in developing regions. Thus, the study targets to analyze the underlying configuration between IoT and SDGs through the lens on the COVID-19 emergency. The study has been conducted over the last 10 years through a systematic selection, in-depth review, and synthesis of relevant literature. The analysis confirms that the COVID-19 emergency can be one of the most important drivers, influencing the accomplishment of SDGs through the implementation of IoT. This pandemic sets the perfect platform for digitalization in a sustainable development outline to obtain specific goals avoiding high infrastructure expenses and policy-related limitations.Research limitation illustrates that prior analytical or empirical attempts from multiple viewpoints are consequently needed to inquire about the proposed conceptualization. The direction of the paper provides recommendations for new business models, policies, private investments, and incentives to collaborate in achieving the SDGs. As a result, the present study targets to explore major issues that are critical in the development process of heritage tourism. Methodology: The study has organised 25 semi-structured interview procedures for data collection. The respondents are judgementally selected on the basis of their frequent tourism activities. Findings: The analysis has revealed some critical issues related to governance, institutional requirements, integration, and resource allocation. Application: The findings of the study can possibly help the authority to formulate a suitable strategy regarding the development of heritage tourism in Bangladesh. The outcomes of the study also serve a direction on how better tourist experience can be configured in the country's heritage destinations. Novelty/Originality of the study: The explorative nature of the investigation has the benefit of accumulating useful and insightful info about heritage tourism issues in Bangladesh comparing to what can obtain through quantitative testings. It is also one of the few attempts to identify and categorise the valuable heritage tourism products inside Bangladesh.

Therefore, sustainable point of view mostly in the readymade garments industry has distinguished as a noteworthy subject because of upsurge responsiveness related with ecological and social impacts of concern industry mainly at developing countries such as Bangladesh. In fact the present authoritative culture of focused industry is kind of dynamic and complex where the complicacy of employee behavior and concerns connected with sustainable development issues that may deliver misconception in regards to how to approach employee contribution plans towards sustainable goals. Therefore the objective of present research is to recognize the level as well as the impact and relationship among employee knowledge and behavior of sustainable development in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The study has consumed mixed method approaches considering participants from BGMEA enlisted industries of Chittagong. The obtained outputs show that reflected participants hold moderate level of knowledge and behavior towards sustainable issues. It has also been identified that knowledge has significant impact on behavioral pattern of employees and both variables contain a positive connection. The acquired insights may encourage both employee and concern management to find the basic elements to start efficient association towards sustainable development practices.
