This research asspect from purpose is application and from ways of performance is discureptive survey.The selected population for this research is 315 customers of Zagrospoosh company from Boroojerd and type of sampling was random. In this project data have been collected by field method and data collection instrument is the questionnaire developed by Taylorand Associates (2004). To ensure the validity, questionnaire held by professors, pundits and exports and they also confirmed the questionnaire and to prove the reliability the Cronbach's Alpha achieved %824. The results indicate that: Management styles of marketing managers have a significant relationship with atrusted brand.

The main purpose of this study is the examination of the relationship between customer relationsh... more The main purpose of this study is the examination of the relationship between customer relationship management and organizational effectiveness. Customer relationship management is the independent variable of the study with three dimensions of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and service quality and organizational management is the dependent variable of the study. This is a cross-correlational and applied study that is based on field and library research. The statistical society is Emam Reza hospital staff that, is 200 people and according to Morgan's sample volume table 127 people is determined as the sample of the study. The method of sampling is stratified random sampling and the data were collected through standard questionnaire. The collected data were evaluated using SPSS and Kolmogorov-Esmirnov and Pearson tests. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between customer relationship management and organizational effectiveness. Also there is a meaningful relationship between organizational effectiveness and dimensions of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and service quality

Nowadays, the brand personality is core and closest variable in customers’ decision making. Brand... more Nowadays, the brand personality is core and closest variable in customers’ decision making. Branding in the food industry of Iran is emerging phenomenon. This paper aims to investigate the effective factors on brand regarding the target population of 150 customers of Packard industrial bread factory in the city of Tabriz who are selected through available sampling method. In this paper, using factor analysis and combinatory approach (AHP-TOPSIS) in SPSS and EXCEL, a framework proposed in order to analyze the similarities and differences among consumers’ point of views about the effective factors on brand. Findings show that, management and customers’ political tendencies are the most effective and the least effective factors in the power of brand respectively.
