The Orchard, the tallest tower in Long Island City, debuted its newest and most luxurious inventory to date, the Terrace, Premier and Penthouse and Sky Collections, on Tuesday, June 9.

The Terrace Collection consists of 11 residences with oversized layouts, reflecting its position as an elevated take on luxury rental living. Available units range in price from 6,400to6,400 to 6,400to11,300 a month in rent. These homes feature ceilings ranging from 9 to 11 feet high and expansive private outdoor spaces, creating an indoor-outdoor sanctuary. Kitchens from the Terrace Collection have countertops with quartz finishes, backsplashes in Unique Calacatta Gold, two-tone cabinetry with integrated under-cabinet lighting and stainless steel appliance suites. These units also have spa-inspired bathrooms, with polished porcelain finishes, custom lighting details and glass walk-in showers with handheld shower systems. Certain units have bathrooms with radiant-heated flooring and decorative feature walls.

Ranging in monthly rent from 4,870to4,870 to 4,870to12,710, the Premier and Penthouse Collection comprises nine units set across The Orchard’s 64th through 69th floors, some of the highest floors of the tower. The expansive entertaining layouts allow for sweeping skyline views while also maximizing natural light. Everyday living is elevated in the Premier and Penthouse Collection via enhanced finishes and generous proportions. Ceiling heights reach up to 11 feet. There are also motorized solar and blackout shades, as well as quartz kitchens wrapped in Unique Calacatta Gold. Five residences are available in the Sky Collection, ranging from 7,000to7,000 to 7,000to13,350 in monthly rent. Located on the 70th and final floor of The Orchard, the Sky Collection is intended to represent the highest tier of residential living in the tower. The units have ceilings that reach up to 11 feet in height, oversized plank flooring 9 feet wide, upgraded custom cabinetry and fully integrated Dacor appliance suites with panelized refrigeration and dishwashers. Designed with a spa-like sensibility, bathrooms in these residences have radiant-heated flooring, heated elongated toilets, decorative glass tile feature walls and upgraded mirrored medicine cabinets with integrated lighting. All these features position the Sky Collection as being closer to a luxury condominium experience than a traditional rental offering.

All three collections provide uninterrupted views of the skyline along Manhattan, the East River and Long Island City. The motorized blackout shades, custom closets, recessed lighting and smart climate control reflect the thoughtful design of the residences for comfort and restoration. This is further reflected through the radiant-heated floors, polished porcelain finishes, decorative glass tile feature walls, illuminated mirrors and glass-enclosed walk-in showers in the bathrooms. The living spaces have handleless millwork, rich wood detailing and layered natural materials.
