Angus transmitting station

The Angus transmitter provides FM and TV broadcasting in the Tayside area of Scotland. It is sited on Balcalk Hill, near the village of Tealing, approximately six miles north of the centre of Dundee.

Forfar transmitting station

Coordinates: 56°33'26" N, 02°50'39" W ; Elevation: 198.1 m (650 ft); Tower height: 152.4 m (500 ft)
The Forfar transmitter is a main carrier of BBC National FM radio across North-East Scotland, serving Tayside, Angus North Fife, South Aberdeenshire and parts of Perthshire. It is located a few miles south-east of Forfar town centre, and five miles east of Angus.
