Therefore, this work aimed to evaluate the efficiency of art therapy in the context of mental rehabilitation considering the description of clinical practice. The subjects in this study participated in various forms of art therapy including visual art, music, and dance for six months employing mixed-method research. The results of the analysis of qualitative data were the identification of the following main topics: individuality, assertiveness, and catharsis. The quantitative results also showed an improvement in the participants' mental health concerning PTSD, anxiety, and depression symptoms. Therefore, the findings of the study show the potential of art therapy, although there were some shortcomings, including the participants' attrition and variability of the number of attendees. According to the authors, art therapy should be included in the treatment plans, and there should be a specific protocol and collaboration with other workers to improve the patient's quality of life. The next research should therefore be longitudinal in a bid to establish the long-term therapeutic effects of such treatments.

Increasing health issues such as antibiotic resistance and cancer require new drug development methods. Natural products offer a rich source of structurally complex molecules that have been selected to have an impact on multiple biological systems. Biotechnologies such as synthetic biology, computation, and high throughput screening are improving the discovery and characterization of natural productbased drug leads. However, there are difficulties in ensuring a continuous supply of these valuable natural products. The discovery of new drugs using plant-derived chemicals is a huge area but prospects can be enhanced through cross-cutting collaborations among research areas such as ethnobotany, chemistry and pharmacology. Sustainable therapeutics discovery for natural product-based medicines: integrated data-driven and traditional knowledge-based strategies for natural products discovery. In conclusion, natural products remain crucial in ensuring success in the future of providing medicine for increasing pressing healthcare needs.

However, with the years, the operative risks have been minimized by the advancement in surgical procedures, but the postoperative period is crucial for the patient's healing and subsequent physiotherapy. This phase includes concerns like pain management, complications related to immobility, and the use of multiple approaches to improve the patient's outcome. Today, physiotherapy is considered one of the critical steps in the postoperative care of patients who have undergone abdominal surgery. They are the promotion of early mobility to avoid complications such as muscle atrophy and thromboembolism, pain management that does not involve the use of opioids, and physical therapy to enable patients to regain their mobility and hence have a better quality of life. In addition, physiotherapy addresses the psychological and emotional aspects of the patient's state and guarantees the patient's adherence to the proposed therapy. This review article is intended to describe the modern challenges and concerns in the rehabilitation of patients after abdominal surgery and to emphasize the role of physiotherapy in improving the results of the patients. Therefore, the implementation of EBP by physiotherapists is crucial in enhancing the outcomes of postoperative patients and the reduction of the overall costs of health care since the patients stay longer in the hospital and are prone to complications. Stressing the necessity of early intervention and individualized approach, this paper demonstrates the potential of physiotherapy interventions to provide comprehensive and person-centered rehabilitation after abdominal surgery.
