I'm designing a website for a friend who sells medieval gowns and wedding dresses, the URL is http://www.medieval.me.uk/It's a Java-based site, based around Apache Struts2 and Tiles, and uses the eXist XML Database for back-end storage. However, so far, the only dynamic stuff is that a random comment from the database is displayed at the bottom of the home page.I've already put it through the W3C's XHTML 1.0 and CSS validators and have got it to pass both of them.I'm most interested in hearing comments about site design, aesthetics, layout, accessibility, etc.

i am your new mod-guy, thecause. i was once the zed, but as Pulp Fiction said, "Zed's dead baby, Zed's dead. or at least the screen name.i completely revamped the rating system for a more simplistic approach. if you don't want to copy and paste the checkmarks or figure out how to produce them then simple state 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 checkmarks. unlike the old rating system the more checkmarks the better since that makes so much more sense.with that said i represent my site for critique :http://www.meetthezed.comi am going through and posting my ratings for your sites right now.
