What does Raven cost?
Now you can get a discounted Annual Plan with up to 30% discount when you pre-pay upfront. Start's annual package effectively costs 99amonth,whenyoupre−pay99 a month, when you pre-pay 99amonth,whenyoupre−pay948 for 12 months. Grow's annual package effectively costs 139amonth,whenyoupre−pay139 a month, when you pre-pay 139amonth,whenyoupre−pay1668 for 12 months. Most Raven clients stay for multiple years, so it makes sense to lock in the up to 30% Annual plan discount now.
However, if you would like a month-to-month package, the price is slightly higher, depending on the Package. While we have included a good number of services such as Keyword Rank Position Checks, Majestic Backlink and LinkSpy analysis units, you can always use and pay for more on-demand. You can also order and pay for the Textbroker service based on usage. You'll know and must agree to the cost in advance.
How do I start a Free Trial?
All Raven accounts start with a free, 7 day trial. When you're ready to upgrade to Start or any of the other packages, simply enter your credit card information in your account. At that moment, you'll be billed and immediately get full access to all of Raven.
How do I pay?
With a credit card. That's the only form of payment we accept. We don't accept PayPal or payments by check.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. If you choose the annual plan option, we will give you up to a 30% discount, depending on the Package, when you pre-pay for the year. You can now pre-pay using the same credit card interface.
Is there a contract?
If you pay month-to-month, you can change plans or cancel at anytime. If you choose the annual plan option, you are signing up for an annual contract, as mentioned in the Terms of Service.
What happens if I cancel?
On monthly plans, we do not offer refunds for partial months. On annual plans, we do not offer refunds. We do store your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, we delete all of it for security reasons.
Can I upgrade my Annual Plan during the term?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan during the term. We can either start you on the higher annual plan for a new annual term. Or we can charge you the difference between the new annual plan rate and the previous plan rate, prorated for the remaining duration of your original annual term. This will be billed as a one-time fee. However, we do not allow downgrades from your current annual plan to a lower plan.
Can I change my current Monthly or Yearly (billed monthly) Plan to the new Annual Pre-paid plans?
For most customers, it makes sense to get even higher discounts by switching from current monthly plans or previous Yearly (billed monthly) plans. As an FYI, Raven has stopped offering the Yearly (billed monthly) plans, however we are providing even more discounted pricing.
I am on the previous Pro and Agency plan. Can I switch to Start, Grow, Thrive or Lead plans?
Yes. Please contact help@raventools.com. We will personally assist you to switch the plans. You do not need to cancel your current Pro or Agency account and then try to switch.
I noticed that you increased the numbers of included Keyword Rank Position checks. Does this mean I can use more as part of my existing plan?
Yes. We really want ALL of your Keyword Rank Tracking campaigns and volume.
