Aim of this study is to determine whether there is any influence between micro variables and macr... more Aim of this study is to determine whether there is any influence between micro variables and macro variables to financial distress condition in manufacturing companies that is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study, micro variables are from financial ratios and macro variables are from sensitivity of corporate toward macro economics factors are identified as independent variables. While financial distress condition is identified as dependent variable. The populations in this study are 38 companies and the sample that used is78 financial reports of manufacturing companies. The results of this study show that micro variables and macro variables simultaneously influence toward financial distress condition. Then partially variable liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and profit margin ratio are significantly influence toward financial distress condition. This research discusses the evaluation of operational, organizational and public leadership by th... more This research discusses the evaluation of operational, organizational and public leadership by the Faculty Board and Department of the Faculty of XYZ University. The evaluation of effective leadership here refers to the assessment of National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (NAAHE) in Indonesia. Effective leadership in this sense is leadership that combines three characteristics, namely effectiveness of operational leadership, organizational leadership and public leadership. Descriptive analysis based on data from a questionnaire was employed in this exploratory research. Both academics and non-academics of the Faculty of XYZ University were involved as respondents. The questionnaire was distributed to 69 academics and 27 non-academics. Findings show that the assessment capability of the Dean and Department Coordinator is considered good, and so are their roles and the lecturers’ motivation.
