Somehow, my book had fallen down the back of the sofa! I've only just found it now. I hope everyone had a good Christmas. James and I certainly did. He really is such a sweet boy. If I'd known that sooner, I'd have probably been able to put up with him in Hogwarts.

[Current Mood \|contemplative]Petunia has gone away for a few days with ghastly Vernon and ghastly Vernon's ghastly parents. What are the odds that she will come back engaged? But at least it'll be quiet here for a changeJames? I was thinking we should possibly maybe fix a date soon. Just because, you know, I want to marry you soon.

[Current Mood \|busy]So, James and I are leaving for Venice later today. It's a bit sudden but it seemed like a good idea to get out of England for a while. We're not sure how long we'll be gone for. I don't think my parents were thrilled at the idea of me going away unchaperoned but they have realised that if Petunia and I stay in the same house for much longer, someone will die. And it won't be me.We'll send postcards if you're good!James, how much stuff are you packing? I've two suitcases. Is that enough? Or not enough? I suppose we'll get the chance to do some shopping when we get there.

If you do it with minimum fuss and dispose of the body in a hygienic way?James, seriously, you're going to have to be on your best behaviour when you come over. Apparate to the park across the road from my house. Arriving by Floo will just aggravate Petunia's allergies and we can't afford to antagonise her.
