• filter-by-commitish was removed in release-drafter v7 (causes warning and is ignored)
• Use filter-by-range: true instead, which scopes version resolution and changelog to tags reachable from the commitish branch
• This should correctly resolve 4.0.3 for master instead of 3.6.1
