• Partially resolve mvn docck:check errors
• Generate plugin documentation (not clear how)
• Publish plugin documentation to GitHub Actions, as seen with CLI

Have you considered any alternatives or workarounds?

Not really; all seems to be heavily standardized and documented up to a point.
We might need to look at other third party plugins that publish their docs.
