As hints of this existence, the co-existence of the iconography of what we now consider as different schools in Bagan period is examined through the mural paintings found in Apèyadana Temple in Myinkabar and Payathonzu Temple in Minnanthu. These mural paintings suggest the cultural blend of Theravāda (Pāli
tradition) and Mahāyāna-Tantric Buddhist (Sanskrit tradition) iconography and symbolism existed in ancient Bagan civilization. It is probable that the people of Bagan might not have taken a serious distinction to the philosophical differences as we do nowadays. Even so these different schools of
Buddhism might have arrived Bagan at one time or another continuing to influence art and culture of Bagan civilization.

This study investigates whether there is indeed a housing bubble and what factors play an important role in determining housing prices. Using information from thirty-five large- and medium-sized major cities in the People’s Republic of China from 2002 to 2010, a simple supply-demand model is constructed to answer these questions. The results showed that the accumulated wealth of the people has the largest impact upon real estate prices both in the commercial real estate market as well as in the housing market. The impact of changes in rental prices suggests that real estate prices are overpriced and the behavior of the Chinese real estate market is similar to that of a bubble economy. The evidence suggests that the bubble might not uniformly exist in all regions of China, and the prosperous cities are prone to develop a housing bubble.
