Members are unique email addresses that join programs.

What is a referral?

Referrals are your new leads and customers. They are the friends and colleagues who your members referred to your business.

What is a program?

Refer-a-friend programs are used to segment and customize how you engage your different audiences. Oftentimes, you’ll want to run multiple programs with different promotions, rewards, messaging, and more.

Can I start for free?

Absolutely – no credit card is required to start your referral program. We will only charge you if you decide to upgrade.

Can I switch from a Professional plan to a Engage plan (or vice versa)?

Yes. We get that sometimes you may pick the wrong plan to start. Just reach out to our team for the plan migration.

How do you count referrals for billing limits?

A referral includes any new/updated referral or referral action for a single referral. The total referral count resets each month on the day of your billing cycle.

You’re billed for any additional overages but if you feel there is an error in your billing, please reach out to us as we are happy to complete an audit and will correct your bill.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Sure! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan from within your account at any time.
