Notes: OMG. This fic was phenomenal. I am a believer now-- this pairing more than works. Man, there are just so many good things about this fic. To start, the characters are awesome. Penelope is confident, alluring, smart, and sexy as hell and Reid is just so Reid--he's awkward and intense and eager and curious and it was like the author plucked him right out of the television series and thrust him into her fic. She also did a great job of portraying him as the inexperienced virgin without making him some innocent maiden. And holy hell, the chemistry between these two! It was palpable. And unbearably sexy. I also adored the way Penelope and Reid explored and rationalized their budding relationship. It was so very, very them. I freaking adore this fic, and I sincerely hope that the author writes this pairing again (and again and again) because she does it SO well. I wish I could give her a trophy for this fic (or at least a hug), I really do.

Notes: Guys, this is a Garcia/Morgan coffee shop!AU where the majority of the cast are still members of the BAU. Guys. Guys. I can't even right now. The fic was so much fun. I loved how Penelope was an outsider, and I loved her role in the story and her relationship with the BAU team, and I loved her friendship with Reid and JJ, and I loved how her relationship with Derek developed, and I just loved everything. Another thing I loved was that the fic showed that Garcia doesn't need to be a technical genius to be amazing. Just. guh. The writing was pretty solid and it was just a really good fic all around.

In case anyone is wondering, this is an AU set in the HG universe, so the games are still very much a reality. Also, I recommend this to anyone who is a fan of Prim. To those who aren't-- well, you will be.

Notes: Well, fuck. Guys, don't even waste your time fretting over the WIP status. It's updated frequently, but you know what, even if it wasn't I would still tell you to read this fic right now. There's action, adventure, humor, a wonderful clash of magic and technology, fascinating mythology, amazing character interactions, wonderful characters-- period, and a fuckawesome plot that keeps you at the edge of your seat. It's well-written and it's riveting and I honestly don't know what you're still doing here.

Notes: Definitely one of the better fics to come from this fandom. And it's an epic, at that. The series was highly riveting. The writing was mostly solid and the characters were kept pretty true to their canonical counterparts (for the most part, as the story is a post-canon!AU). A definite must-read for those who love the idea of Jack/Pitch and don't mind the (awesome) word count.

Notes: This fic was so, so, sooo much fun. I read it in one sitting simply because I couldn't put it down. This is a kid-fic, but don't let that deter you. Spock and Kirk's characterizations were wonderfully spot on, and it was so well-written. The kid in question, who's of Vulcan heritage, was also so very interesting, and observing the way Kirk and Spock had to work together (which wasn't always easy) to protect him, guide him, and keep him content was very entertaining. Their guardianship of the kid really tested the limits and boundaries of their friendship-- which, to me, seemed to be one of the most important focuses of the story, rather than their romantic relationship-- and that was all kinds of awesome. So yeah, this is a definite must-read.

Notes: Oh, this was so, so lovely. Anything anyone who'd had fantasies of Nine using the Chameleon Arch in "Family of Blood" with Rose could ever want, really. Nine and Rose's relationship was so wonderful (made all the more interesting because of their unequal social status), and the intimacy between the two was knee-weakening.

Notes: Oh my gosh, this story. It's simply spectacular. The fic is technically gen, but there's a lot of UST between Sam, Dean, and Buffy, who, by mutual choice, decide not to act on their feelings for one another and remain ass-kicking friends. The stories in this series are so exciting, such as the fifth fic in the series, "Lachesis' Knot", which features Sam, Dean, and Buffy being sent to the past and meeting young!Winchester family. If that hasn't made you want to click on the link, then know this: the series is solidly written, well-told, and the friendship and chemistry between Buffy, Dean, and Sam is just amazing. Castiel also plays a role, which is a major bonus for Cas fans. I highly recommend this be read as soon as possible. Oh! This series, while technically incomplete, leaves off at a decent place. Even if it didn't, though, there's 174k of awesome fic. I wouldn't dismiss because of the status. This here is a real gem, and definitely worth it.

Notes: Oh, oh, oh. This gorgeous, fascinating fic. My only regret about reading this is... well, no, I have no regrets. It sucks that this hasn't been completed, but what exists is pure gold and well-worth the lack of continuation (though, to be fair, the fic leaves off on a hopeful note so there's no real sense of anguish or anything). This fic really is all kinds of superb, and I simply cannot wait for an update. Oh, and I should also add that the author intends for this to be an eventual Dean/Buffy/Sam OT3. Yeah, I can't wait, either.

The summary doesn't tell you much, but I don't really want to spoil anything so let me just say that it's a post-Hogwarts fic, Harry is an auror who everyone is convinced has a death wish, and Draco is trying really hard to face all of his fears in totally entertaining ways. Lots of fun.

Not all aces are repulsed or wholly uninterested in sex, jsyk).

Notes: Because pet!Derek is fuckawesome, no matter how many ways it's done. These two fics are glorious. They're nicely written, funny, and so completely entertaining that after I finished reading them I had a deep urge to start from the beginning and read 'em again. Schmoop at its finest.

Notes: OH MY GOD. What is this and why did I love it so much? This fic is AWESOME. First of all, it's from Stile's beloved Jeep's POV which is awesome on so many levels. The jeep has been through helluva lot of crap with Stiles, so seeing various events through her perspective was fun. The fact that she loves Stiles so much (and vice versa) made this fic all that more endearing. I am utterly, utterly charmed by this fic.

Notes: I nearly died when I discovered that not only did such a fic exist, but that it was actually really good, too! This fic was so, so awesome. The ending was bittersweet, but damn does it leave you feeling hopeful and content, anyway. This is definitely one of my favorite BtVS/SPN crossovers.
