E-learning with its diverse forms and wide-ranging applications has gone forward changing globall... more E-learning with its diverse forms and wide-ranging applications has gone forward changing globally teaching and learning strategies in tertiary education. Technology-enhanced learning has progressed both from enhancements of innovative technologies, amendments in educational sphere and integration of international designs in learning environment. The article analyses the interaction of blended learning models aiming to promote the most effective curriculum design to serve the learners’ requirements, their life experiences and the opportunities and limitations of the particular learning setting. The subject of the study is to get the insight of the newly emerged catchword micro-blended learning, which is abundantly used in educational sphere with its interwoven constituent parts. The research is based on empirical studies conducted by contemporary scholars, comparative analyses of diverse modes of teaching and learning and practical implications of micro-blended learning strategies. The study outcomes imply that technological enhancements and inconsistencies in scholastic environment dictate the emergence and evolvement of blended learning styles which pursue the goal to increase the insufficient language practice through informal self-study. The authors assume that the synergistic cycle of micro blended learning applied in the design of in-company produced textbooks suits directly the requirements of undergraduate and postgraduate learners. The research findings can be helpfully applied in educational sphere for designing and introducing e-learning schemes.

the research paper considers the issue of boosting oral competency in EFL classrooms based on the... more the research paper considers the issue of boosting oral competency in EFL classrooms based on the creative content which comes from the teacher and learner. The improvisation techniques suggested in this article entail student-centred and task-led communicative approaches. Not only individual performance is demanded in activity completion, but also pair and team works are encouraged to realize a verbal act by exploiting specific lexis and novelty. It proves that creativity plays an utmost role in teaching and learning a foreign language since it frees especially verbal language from strict frames and patterns. Аннотация: данная статья рассматривает вопрос о повышении разговорной компетентности в классах АИЯ на основе креативного содержания, которое исходит от учителя и ученика. Методы импровизации, предложенные в этой статье, влекут за собой личностно-ориентированный и задачавозглавляемый коммуникативные подходы. Не только требуются индивидуальная работа студента, но и рекомендуется работа в парах и командах для реализации словесного акта путем использования специфической лексики и новизны. Статья доказывает, что креативность играет исключительную роль в обучении и изучении иностранного языка, поскольку она освобождает устную речь от строгих рамок и форм.

It proves that creative activities enrich the quality of the lesson delivery and learning as they generate excitement, interest and willingness to perform effectively. Such instructional interventions meet as well as the current requirements of the EFL teaching which focus mostly on student-led communicative competence and cooperation. The article places great emphasis on learner-centered activities based on the task-driven approach to encourage foreign language learners in increasingly self-regulated both oral and written interaction. Аннотация: в статье рассматривается растущая необходимость внедрения креативности в преподавание иностранного языка, чтобы выявить новейшие методы для преподавания традиционных материалов, а именно правил и структуры грамматики. Статья доказывает, что креативные задания обогащают качество уроков и обучения, поскольку они порождают заинтересованность и готовность эффективно выполнять их. Такие учебные методы соответствуют также текущим требованиям преподавания иностранного языка, которые сосредоточены в основном на студенте, на коммуникативной компетентности и сотрудничестве на уроках. В статье уделяется большое внимание деятельности учащихся, поощряя изучающих иностранный язык в большей степени на индивидуальное устноеи письменное общение.

This article considers the exploration and implementation of some creative activities in topical ... more This article considers the exploration and implementation of some creative activities in topical vocabulary acquisition and checking processes. This pedagogical intervention aims at eliminating lack of attention and interest. It was observed that learners initially were reluctant to memorize and perform the active vocabulary in task discussions or topic-related speech. Yet the proposed creative methods improved the level of lesson engagement and interest, enlarged students’ vocabulary usage and brought about innovative techniques of vocabulary checking.

Так как язык является основным элементом человеческого существования, а грамматика является краеугольным камнем для правильного выражения наших мыслей, то мы можем достичь полного понимания грамматики только тщательно и постоянно изучая ее. Кроме того, в этой статье доказано, что освоение грамматики одного языка может облегчить изучение других языков. Следовательно, выдвижение грамматики как 5-й компетенции освоения языка не случайно, и она играет главную роль во всех языковых аспектах.

The article touches upon one of the most urgent problems of modern professional education - the t... more The article touches upon one of the most urgent problems of modern professional education - the training of a future specialist in multicultural EE (educational environment). At present, social development requires a thorough study of the notion of ‘multicultural education’ given the necessity to educate future professionals ready to interact in a cross-cultural team. Based on such core methods of the scientific research including analysis, comparison, abstraction and generalization, the authors analyze the basic pedagogical categories that underlie this process and clarify the key concept of the research, concluding that the multicultural educational environment is a complex pedagogical phenomenon that involves the comprehensive development of the individual with a special emphasis on his/her competencies to act in a multinational society effectively.

The suggested methods of class management are based on practical ideas which use a wide range of language and life-related skills to students’ advantage. Activities like group discussions, project works and case studies have proven to be effective in multilevel ESP classrooms.

The aim of our study was to review the main arguments of drawing parallels between sports and business, as most people regard the former as an equivalent of business rivalry. The results of the article disclosed the major sport metaphors that are commonly used in business by analyzing which sport they originate from and interpreted their metaphorical implications. Grounded on cognitive approach sport metaphors are identified as powerful figurative devices to perceive abstract business concepts by way of more concrete ones.

Writing is a key factor for successful communication in business sphere across space and time and provides a huge platform for data storage. Consequently, teaching business writing skills is of utmost importance for learners tend to pursue rewarding career in the business environment. The article has made an attempt to identify the teaching approaches implemented in writing activities in the frames of a commercial textbook meant for learners who major in economics.
