First entry :) I thought this was a really cool idea!
I was thinking of things I purchased recently that I really loved, and I would have to say my recommendation is:

Gavin DeGraw's CD "Chariot"
It's one of those CDs that are sentimental feeling, but without being all cheesy and top 40ish. I bought his CD at Target on blind faith and a recommendation from my friend, luckygrrl. I figure, it was 8.99...Icouldaffordtobewrongfor8.99... I could afford to be wrong for 8.99...Icouldaffordtobewrongfor8.99.
Anyway, he's really worth checking out. There are only two songs on the CD that I'm not crazy about, but the rest are really good. My favorites are "Just Friends", "I Don't Want to Be", and "More Than Anyone"
