And of course, I loove rice. Just white rice though .. brown rice isn't as good. ^^My favorite is the recipe below that I made up, and it's really good, and good for you too, as long as you don't use too much butter. =)1 cup white rice (or any kind you want, I just prefer white)1 tsp butter (lowfat, margarine, butter substitute)some pepper (or salt, but I don't use extra salt)chopped raw onionreally good.
