  Hier, nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir le lancement de la 5ème édition de la « Caravane des études et des carrières francophones en Roumanie ». L'événement a été présidé par Son Excellence, l'Ambassadeur de France en Roumanie - Nicolas Warnery. Aux côtés d'invités d'exception, représentants de la communauté francophone en Roumanie et de la coopération franco-roumaine, sont intervenus: laure castin, Directrice régionale de l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) en Europe Centrale et Orientale, Julien CHIAPPONE-LUCCHESI, Conseiller de coopération et d’action culturelle, Ambassade de France en Roumanie, Directeur de l’Institut Français de Roumanie, Maxence Didier-Vial, Membre du Conseil Directeur de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Française en Roumanie (CCI Française en Roumanie) et Directeur Financier d’Edenred Roumanie, Diana Delca, Directrice générale de Concentrix Roumanie, et Liviu ION, Directeur de l’Employer Branding & Relations avec les Universités, Renault Group.   România este primul Stat Membru al Uniunii Europene care a implementat obligația de a face public raportul Country by Country, numit “informații privind impozitul pe profit” (Public CbyC). Acest tip de raportare va continua în parelel cu raportarea CbyC existentă (private CbyC), fără a se exclude una pe cealaltă. Deși mai sunt necesare clarificări, inclusiv de natură procedurală, până la 31 decembrie 2024, acest nou Public CbyC trebuie să fie accesibil, în mod gratuit, publicului larg. În plus, fiind emis în baza unei reglementări contabile, obligativitatea de respectare și conformare a societăților eligibile cu cerințele legale trebuie verificată ca parte a auditării situațiilor financiare. • Togetherness - the quality, state, or condition of being together. This was the central theme of today's Tax & Legal Townhall event. We started the session with a very special guest—Simona Radis, a two-time Olympic gold medalist: once in women’s double sculls at the 2020 Summer Olympics and once in women’s eight at the 2024 Summer Olympics, where she also earned a silver medal in women’s double sculls. Simona shared the resilience needed to succeed as an athlete—the drive to keep going even when you feel like stopping to achieve desired results—and the team-oriented mindset required in a sport where you can't reach peak performance alone. Like in any team, every member must stay focused on the goal, support one another, and push harder when a teammate isn’t at their best. Embracing the idea that we can achieve great things only together, we celebrated last year’s remarkable financial results and set our sights on even greater success in FY25. The meeting continued with important updates from René Schöb, Cătălina Trăilă, Alina Gheuca, Bogdan Vlad, Andrei Uta, and Adriana Paiu. • A KPMG study assessing the progress towards sustainability, using EU Green Taxonomy reporting as a tool to measure progress, reveals a positive trend in the average proportion of activities which were able to be reported under the EU Green Taxonomy as eligible or aligned. The EU Green Taxonomy enables a much more scientific assessment of an organisation’s progress on sustainability, which is valuable to investors and other stakeholders and makes greenwashing more difficult.
