Beware of Ticket Scammers
The best, safest, and cheapest way to buy tickets to a Rochester International Jazz Festival is to go directly to the source – through our festival at rochesterjazz.com or by calling (585) 454-2060.
- Tickets purchased through online resellers or individuals cannot be verified as valid. Don’t risk being disappointed by arriving at the festival only to find out your ticket is invalid.
- Buying tickets from resellers and other individuals is at your own risk. We continuously scan our social pages and delete messages from scammers with sad stories of why they can’t use their tickets. Don’t fall for those posts.
- Be careful what you click on when you do an online search for Rochester Jazz Festival tickets. The top items that often come up are resellers. There are NO AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of RIJF tickets. None. We are the ONLY official source for buying RIJF tickets.
- If a show on RochesterJazz.com is marked SOLD OUT. It is SOLD OUT! We always provide an opportunity to be put on a waiting list and if tickets are returned because they cannot be reused, those on the waiting list will be called in the order they requested to be put on the list.
- In addition to ticket fraud, reseller ticket prices are often WAY ABOVE the ticketed prices at RochesterJazz.com.
