During the last three decades of the Argentine XX century a series of devices were developed that... more During the last three decades of the Argentine XX century a series of devices were developed that were key to achieve new ways of protest, struggle and resistance that emerged in the days of December 2001. These devices upset all the traditional actors who made the democratic civic debate their arena of fighting, and in turn generated new ways of relating to the vicissitudes that the system of national accumulation was acquiring at the end of the 90s. The objective of this paper is to analyze the birth of new actors that relate the crisis of traditional syndicalism and the emergence of new forms of protest with the decline of the Argentine neoliberal order, emphasizing the particularities lived by one of those interpreters - the Frente Nacional contra la Pobreza - in the city of Rosario, center of the protests that ended with the government of the Alianza party in the year 2001.
