Hi! It's Moon Kitty! I like your artwork!👊 Especially your Batman characters! Do you have one for the Music Meister from Batman the Brave and the Bold? He's such an awesome Batman baddie! I would love to see it!😃🎵
Question, do you limit yourself to only characters owned by Warner Bros.? Or is anyone fair game when it comes to potentially being featured in your stories?
Neither. I do not only draw from the WB, but I also don't just throw in whoever. I will incorporate characters from other properties as I see fit, meaning those I feel can add something to the setting or the narrative. There are many properties I have ruled out adapting - such as Transformers and He-Man. Even though I am a fan of the properties, I just don't like the idea of those properties and characters being brought into this setting. Also, I won't bring in anything that I am not a particular fan of due to my unfamiliarity with the property, such as Power Rangers, Doctor Who, various Kaiju, and almost every anime ever made.
Okay, that's your decision I just wanted to know.
Second question, have you considered adding additional characters from the other Oz books besides just "the wonderful wizard?"
Yes. We'll get more eventually.
Your style reminds me of Jamie Hewett, author of Tank Girl, and I love it - back in the day, when DEADLINE still existed, it was one of my favorite strips - I plan to take a good look around your gallery soon, but for now, shall simply Watch so ensure I don't miss anything!!
I’ve been loosely following Earth 27 ever since it was just Arkham Asylum profiles. And I gotta say, it’s incredible how much it has grown and changed over the years. And it’s also pretty incredible how you’ve managed to do so many crossovers, keep track of them all, do research on all of them, and tie them all together. You should be proud, Roy
