Premiership teams on the hunt for a free transfer can still find a host of stars available for nothing.

1. Kyle Eastmond

The six-times capped England centre is a free agent having left Dai Young’s Wasps last month after an injury-plagued season. Now he looks set to return to Rugby League, but could definitely still be a brilliant signing for a Union team.

2. John Hardie

The 29-year-old kilted Kiwi has 16 Scottish caps under his belt before a brush with disciplinary issues when given a three-month suspension at the back end of 2017 for gross misconduct following allegations of cocaine use. Would be a great signing for anyone.
