Rupert Grint on Top Gear [11 Jul 2010|09:14pm]
Hello? Is there anybody there? Gosh, but the planet is never as deserted as during the World Cup Final. Look out of your window - the streets are empty!Well, if anyone is not watching Spain v Holland - and I know no one who isn't, even if they don't care about football, because we all need to know whether Nick Clegg will have reason to comfort his mother or his wife - I did turn over to BBC2 for long enough to catch Star in a Reasonably Priced Car on Top Gear and have captured it, for your viewing pleasure.I won't spoil the excitement for you, just watch Rupert talking to Jeremy Clarkson about Potter and his love of cars, before attempting the legendary lap...

Wild Target Opens Today [18 Jun 2010|12:16pm]
Amongst the excitement in Florida - do please take good care of him - don't forget that Rupert's film Wild Target opens in the UK today. For those of you who want to escape the World Cup, but want to make a statement about supporting other British traditions, like great ensemble cast cinema pieces, what better thing could you do to avoid England\'s match against Algeria than go and see Wild Target on its opening day! This applies particularly to cinema fans in Wales and Scotland, of course.I was lucky enough to see a press screening, last week, and you can read my review here. (Spoiler warning)Possible SPOILERS in COMMENTS also!

Harry, Ron, and Hermione in The Forbidden Journey [02 Jun 2010|01:44am]
[ **mood** | cheerful ] InsideTheMagic.Net posted a video of a walkthrough of Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey at the recent Wizarding World of Harry Potter preview. In the video at around 6:39, guests come 'face to face' with Ron, Harry, and Hermione in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. The trio pop out from under the Invisibility Cloak to help sneak Hogwart's visitors out of a boring lecture and into an adventure that makes up the story of the ride.
