• Select “eSIM outside KSA” from the available options
• Fill in the required details: “Mobile number to be replaced, ID/Iqama number, Date of birth, Contact number, Email address”
• Accept the terms and conditions and confirm that your device supports eSIM, then select “Purchase”
• A verification code will be sent to your email
• After completing the payment, select “Go to Nafath”
• Once verification via Nafath is successful, select “Activate Line”

A fee of SAR 40.25 will be charged for the SIM transfer process:

• Prepaid: The fee will be deducted from your balance
• Postpaid: The fee will be added to your bill

After completion, a confirmation message will appear:

"Your eSIM has been successfully activated", QR code will be displayed to scan in your device settings to activate the eSIM.

2.Select the cellular plan you want to transfer from another iPhone.

• oIf you don’t see a list of numbers, tap Transfer from Nearby iPhone.

3.A confirmation code will be sent to start the transfer process.
4.Wait for the code to be entered on the source device.
5.You’ll receive notifications indicating that the transfer has started.
6.Once the transfer is complete, the user must visit the Nafath platform to activate the eSIM.
On the Source Device (the iPhone you're transferring the eSIM from):
7.Enter the confirmation code shown on the target device.
8.The device will begin processing the transfer request simultaneously with the new device.
9.When the process is complete, a confirmation message will appear:
"The eSIM has been transferred successfully."
