The researcher also identified visitor value and propensity to travel variables as intervening and moderating variables, respectively, in addition to these two variables. This research applies a descriptive quantitative approach, with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as the data analysis technique. All tourists who visited Toddopulia Tourist Village, Patin Village, Nglurah, Pela, Batu Layang, Sumberbulu, and Pentingsari were included in this study. While the non-probability sampling technique used in this study is stratified purposive sampling. According to the findings of this study, the majority of the hypotheses had a positive or influential relationship. This phenomenon is also supported by a number of references from previous studies. Some of these findings suggest that tourism villages differ significantly from tourism products or other tourist destinations. Due to the wide range of characteristics of tourist villages in Indonesia, one of the study's limitations is the limited sample size. As a result, larger sample size research is expected to be carried out in future studies. The study's findings are also expected to be used as a reference by various tourism village stakeholders, including the government, local communities, tourism village managers, and academics, in developing an integrated marketing strategy.

The analytical descriptive method was applied, and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used as an analytical tool. This study found that education and elevating awareness levels are the main priority criteria that need to be evolved in determining alternative developments for the Olele Marine Park Area (OMPA). Furthermore, the AHP results are consistent across all criteria for determining the priority of the OMPA development model. The AHP conducted on ten criteria CRT01-CRT10 also illustrates that the development of the governance model (ALT4) is a top priority in the OMPA development. The ecology model (ALT3) can also be used as a secondary priority model with values that are not significantly different. The research findings are expected to provide priority recommendations that can be implemented by various relevant stakeholders, including local governments, industry, and local communities. Some proposed alternative models are also expected to be considered in designing a strategy for developing the OMPA as geotourism. The AHP method was used as the sole analysis method in this study, which is a limitation. As a result, additional research is expected to be able to more comprehensively adapt various analytical approaches. One of the research’s novelties is that it provides the first comprehensive study of the ICM strategy-based OMPA development strategy.

This study was carried out in order to improve the competitiveness of Banten, which has many cultural advantages but has not been fully utilized. This study employs quantitative methods, such as the analysis of structural equation models (SEM), which are supplemented by qualitative data. This research was performed out by distributing electronic questionnaires to 321 respondents from 8 districts and cities, including tourism officials, tour guide associations, tourism pioneer groups, tourism stakeholder’s social media groups, youth groups, and creative entrepreneur’s associations. In addition, focus group discussions with stakeholders were held to balance and strengthen the data collected. According to the results of the concurrent tests, Orientation Stakeholder (OS), Strategic Capabilities (KS), and Shared Value Creation (PNB) all contribute significantly to the competitiveness of cultural tourist destination variables. Remarkably, partial tests revealed that the variety of OS and KS has no effect on the competitiveness variables of cultural tourist destinations (DS). This implies that the indicators of OS, KS, and PNB should be improved in the future, particularly the variable of shared value creation (PNB), which plays an essential role.

The pasta was introduced in the 13th Century in Italy by Marcopolo after returning from his trip to China. The essential pasta ingredients include wheat cereal flour and water. Fettuccine is one of many varieties of pasta. Many restaurants or hotels all around the world, including Indonesia, provides this particular Italian food as their main menu. However, some of them have substituted several ingredients according to the local resources. The purpose of this research is to examine the substitution formulation of Canna starch (Canna Edulis Ker) on the essential ingredients of Fettuccine. Can-na is a bulb that is growing fertile in Indonesia. This ingredient can be processed as a Canna starch, which con-tains natural carbohydrates and has a high viscosity. The research method used is experimental research based on a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of one independent variable. The independent variable is the sub-stitution of Canna starch in five level of percentage 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, and 75% that will be tested through organoleptic tests (preference and sensory quality test) by 30 trained panelists. The data analyzed with ANOVA to identify the differences between several formulations and obtain a suitable Fettuccine formula. According to the organoleptic test, the study finds that the use of Canna starch has a significant influence on the substitution of wheat flour in making Fettuccine. There was a substantial difference between the original Fettuccine (control sample) and the Canna starch Fettuccine. The best formulation is 15%, followed by a 30% substitution of Canna starch, which has characteristics of yellow colour, pleasant aroma, standard taste, and very springy texture. The implication of this experiment is to find an alternative ingredient, mainly local resources that suitable to be used as international gastronomy products. This commodification will provide unusual tourists' experience in visiting Indonesia. Whereas, the practical implication is to encourage the gastronomist to develop another attractive and tasty product based on local ingredients.
