Now a lot of these salads are presented with meat as a primary ingredient. Well, I think that's just lame. Salad is just as good, no better, without meat! Check it out, here's one amazing salad that I eat on usual occasions.

1. Lettuce. I usually buy it in a pre-made bag with iceburg as a primary ingredient.
2. Cheese, any type, sprinkled on top.
3. Nuts, either peanuts, or sunflower seeds. I preffer sunflower seeds....generally unshelled. =P
4. Celery, finaly chopped and mixed in salad.
5. Olives. Generally of the green variety, hahah. Black olives + salad is grody.
6. Sour cucumbers, or pickles. YES! There is a difference, beleive it or not! Sour cucumbers are just chopped cucumbers marinated for 24 hgours or more in vinigar. Pickles, I THINK, are just marinated in salt and water for like...35027350932 days.
7. Finely chopped onions mixed well within the salad.
8. Prefferably a vinegarrete, but any dressing works.

BAM! No meat, plenty of protien, just as healthy, and without the moral depression that a meat filled salad provides. Hope you guys enjoy it, I know I sure do!
