Sustainability can force innovation with the aid of using introducing new layout constraints that form how key assets are utilized in merchandise and processes. Organizations that acknowledged and embody the important drivers for sustainability will reap the final blessings of market possibilities and green commercial enterprise operations. Numerous organizations are involved with sustainability obligations, and they need a holistic vision to benefit sustainability. This calls for a dynamic framework which shows the attitude of sustainability. Therefore, there may be a need to assess the prevailing sustainability frameworks and highlight the gaps and inconsistencies within the related literature. The literature observed out vital sustainability (economic, environment and social) and decisional paradigm (strategic, tactical, and operational) which needs to be considered in sustainability implementation frameworks. The sustainability and decisional paradigm show the major perspective of sustainability implementation. The integration of these paradigms will be great for successful sustainability implementation project. In the present study, the researcher tried to explain a proper and efficient mechanism concerning the legal aspect.

For this purpose, corporate sustainability report of 15 Indian Companies for the periods 2016-17 to 2019-2020 were checked and examined. 15 sample companies were selected following “Core &speaker; and Comprehensive Status” from the all-encompassing table of GRI as a pilot study. Based on disclosure check list of 32 environmental aspect parameter of GRI Standards 2016 and unweighted announcement index, the present study measures the consideration of GRI Standards revelation two together at the aggregate level and in respect of environment category of GRI standard. The result shows that in consideration of overall environment GRI Standard disclosures varies from 15.63% to 93.75%. The minimum revelation score of 15.63% is immeasurable. As a consequence of the demonetization policy of the Government of India, there has been a decline in the cash purchase due to the shortage of cash circulation which in turn affected the retail market particularly the unorganized retailing across the country. Job Specifications/ Age at Entry Level Each person is expected to fulfill the requisite job specifications / as required for the position before his candidature is considered for the post. Age requirement at entry point with 10+2 qualification shall be around 20 years and for Graduate / Post graduate / Professional Qualification shall be between 21 years to 25 years for a fresher. The upper age limit for recruitment of experienced personnel shall normally be not more than 45 years. Age of Superannuation Normally the age of superannuation shall be 60 years for all classes of employees. Retail business is one of the fastest growing sectors in India,It accounts for over 10 per cent o... more Retail business is one of the fastest growing sectors in India,It accounts for over 10 per cent of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The unorganized or the conventional retailing business significantly dominates about 92% of the total business (IBEF, 2017). Even today, an unorganized retail outlet is preferred by an average Indian customer for their routine purchase. As a consequence of the demonetization policy of the Government of India, there has been a decline in the cash purchase due to the shortage of cash circulation which in turn affected the retail market particularly the unorganized retailing across the country. This paper intends to study the antecedents of demonetization in the unorganized retail sector in India and the customers buying behaviour with respect to the mode of payment. Primary data has been collected for the purpose of the study from the customers. Study reveals that the unorganized sector faced a setback subsequent to the demonetization which can be attributed due to the sudden transition in the mode of payment and its influence on the buying behaviour. But the situation seems to be gradually improving at a slow pace as both the purchaser and the seller is gradually adapting themselves towards the cash-less transactions.

Today the term 'bottom of the pyramid' refers to the global poor most of who live in the developing countries. These large numbers of poor are required to be provided with much needed financial assistance in order to sail them out of their conditions of poverty. This paper is an attempt to comprehend and distinguish the significance of Financial Inclusion in the context of a developing country like India wherein a large population is deprived of the financial services which are very much essential for overall economic growth of a country. Poor people save, borrow, and make payments throughout their lives. But to use these services to their full potential to protect their families and improve their lives they need well-suited products delivered responsibly. Bringing this about requires attention to human and institutional issues, such as quality of access, affordability of products, provider sustainability, and outreach to the most excluded populations. A definition and vision with clear and meaningful objectives in all these areas can inspire leaders to take a comprehensive path towards full financial inclusion. Financial inclusion is intended to connect people to banks with consequential benefits and it is a process of ensuring access to financial services, timely and adequate credit when needed by vulnerable sections of the society such as weaker sections and low income group at affordable costs.
