Agri Andalas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Kedua perusahaan tersebut dipilih untuk diteliti karena PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi sebagai wakil dari perusahaan perkebunan yang besar dan PT. Agri Andalas sebagi wakil dari perusaan perkebunan yang kecil yang berada di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah Produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh perkebunan sawit, hal ini disebabkan karena produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh perkebunan sawit sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang bersangkutan dalam usaha memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku perusahaan. Produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh pada perusahaan perkebunan sawit di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara masih rendah karena belum dicapinya standar produktivitas oleh buruh yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Hanya sebagian buruh yang mampu mencapai produktivitas lebih dari standar. Rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh dipengaruhi oleh faktor umur, pengalaman, pendidikan dan insentif. Karena keempat variabel tersebut diduga sangat menentukan hasil produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, pengalaman, pendidikan dan insentif terhadap produktipitas tenaga kerja buruh perkebunan sawit. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada buruh PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi dan PT. Agri Andalas, jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang buruh pemetik buah sawit. Data yang dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa umur, pengalaman, pendidikan dan insentif berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh perkebunan sawit. Selain itu dengan metode wawancara diketahui bahwa faktor peralatan, cuaca, kondisi perkebunan, dan tingginya batang sawit juga mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja buruh perkebunan sawit di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.

Optimization of alloy composition has normally focused on bulk properties, but there is growing evidence that grain boundaries (GBs) play a crucial role in the overall performance of membranes. The present study provides parameters and analyses of GBs in the ternary Pd-Ag-Cu system, based on first-principles electronic structure calculations. The segregation tendency of Cu, Ag, and vacancies towards 12 different coherent ∑ GBs in Pd was quantified using three different procedures for relaxation of supercell lattice constants, representing the outer bounds of infinitely elastic and stiff lattice around the GBs. This demonstrated a clear linear correlation between the excess volume and the GB energy when volume relaxation was allowed for. Abstract In the current article we present the long-term performance of 10 μm-thick Pd 77 Ag 23 m... more Abstract In the current article we present the long-term performance of 10 μm-thick Pd 77 Ag 23 membranes under the exposure to varying concentrations of H 2 S ranging from 5 ppb to 20 ppm at temperatures of 350 and 450 °C. Membranes are exposed to H 2 S during 265 hours followed by either a H 2 flux recovery study, or rapid quenching allowing for post-process characterisation. The results show that the magnitude of the H 2 flux inhibition is largely influenced by the H 2 S level. Up to 30% reduction in H 2 flux is seen during long-term exposure to 2 ppm of H 2 S at 450 °C, a level below the thermodynamic level for sulphide formation. After H 2 S removal, close to full H 2 flux recoveries are seen. At H 2 S levels above 5 ppm, the level where Pd 4 S formation is thermodynamically expected on pure Pd at 450 °C, the H 2 flux is largely inhibited, and sulphide formation is confirmed by XRD and XPS analysis of long-term exposed membrane films. In addition, we have experimentally evaluated the H 2 permeation and recovery under exposure to upset (10 minute) H 2 S concentrations between 2 and 20 ppm H 2 S at 450 °C. Short exposures (10-min) to H 2 S result as well in a large inhibition of the H 2 flux: e.g. a 10-min exposure to 20 ppm H 2 S inhibits the H 2 flux by more than 80%. Despite the large inhibition full H 2 flux recoveries are obtained, even for membrane films exposed to H 2 S concentrations above the thermodynamic limit for sulphide formation (5–20 ppm).

This research is intended to describe question discourse in discussion on Indonesian MPK at Mathematics Department of FMIPA of Lampung University in academic year 2012/2013. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The subject in this research is 68 students majoring Mathematic of FMIPA of Lampung University on Indonesian MPK, academic year 2012/2013. The observational object in this reasearch is question discourse in discussion on Indonesian MPK at Mathematics Department in the academic year 2012/2013. Data collecting technique that is used in this research is recording technique or audiovisual, Technique of Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC), and field note. Collected data was analised by using of heuristic analysis. The result of the observation shows that question discourse found was in form of directive speech. Based on its communicative function, question discourse was found in form of; speech act of question , speech act of anger, speech act of ensuring, speech act of limiting, speech act of commanding , speech act of asking for, speech act of asking for reason, speech act of asking for permit, speech act of asking for explanation, speech act of asking for comment, speech act of allowing, speech act of questioning, speech act of adding, speech act of recalling, speech act of explaining, speech at of blaming, speech at of intimidating, speech act of Zul Kifli hesitating, speech act of revising, speech act of despising, and speech act of convincing. Based on its discourse directness, question discourse was found in form of direct speech acts on target and with argument , and indirect speech acts. Question discourse found in form of direct speech acts was one direct speech acts on objective and direct speech acts with argument. Question discourse found in form of direct speech acts with argument were divided into two; those that have argument in the beginning/its reason lies at startup and those that have argument in the end. Based on the conversation principles, question discourse was found in form of ; those that fulfill the collaboration principle and the politeness principle; those that fulfill the collaboration principle but don't fulfill the politeness principle; those that don’t fulfill the collaboration principle but fulfill the politeness principle; and those that don't fulfill both the collaboration principle and politeness principle.

Ceramic-ceramic composite (cercer) membranes of (Mo-doped) lanthanum tungstate, La27(W,Mo)5O55.5-... more Ceramic-ceramic composite (cercer) membranes of (Mo-doped) lanthanum tungstate, La27(W,Mo)5O55.5-δ, and lanthanum chromite, La0.87Sr0.13CrO3-δ, have recently been shown to exhibit H2 permeabilities among state-of-the-art. The present work deals with the long-term stability of these cercer membranes in line with concern of flux degradation and phase instability observed in previous studies. The H2 permeability of disc shaped membranes with varying La/W ratio in the lanthanum tungstate phase (5.35≤La/W≤5.50) was measured at 900 and 1000 °C with a feed gas containing 49% H2 and 2.5% H2O for up to 1500 hours. It was observed that the H2 permeability decreased by a factor of up to 5.3 over 1500 hours at 1000 °C. Post-characterization of the membranes and similarly annealed samples was performed by SEM, STEM and XRD, and segregation of La2O3 was observed. The decrease in H2 permeability was ascribed to the compositional instability of the cation-disordered lanthanum tungstate under the measurement conditions. Equilibration of the La/W ratio by segregation of La2O3 leads to a lower ionic conductivity according to the materials inherent defect chemistry. Partial decomposition and reduction of the lanthanum tungstate phase, presumably to metallic tungsten, was also observed after exposure to nominally dry hydrogen.

Optimization of alloy composition has normally focused on bulk properties, but there is growing evidence that grain boundaries (GBs) play a crucial role in the overall performance of membranes. The present study provides parameters and analyses of GBs in the ternary Pd-Ag-Cu system, based on first-principles electronic structure calculations. The segregation tendency of Cu, Ag, and vacancies towards 12 different coherent ∑ GBs in Pd was quantified using three different procedures for relaxation of supercell lattice constants, representing the outer bounds of infinitely elastic and stiff lattice around the GBs. This demonstrated a clear linear correlation between the excess volume and the GB energy when volume relaxation was allowed for. Abstract In the current article we present the long-term performance of 10 μm-thick Pd 77 Ag 23 m... more Abstract In the current article we present the long-term performance of 10 μm-thick Pd 77 Ag 23 membranes under the exposure to varying concentrations of H 2 S ranging from 5 ppb to 20 ppm at temperatures of 350 and 450 °C. Membranes are exposed to H 2 S during 265 hours followed by either a H 2 flux recovery study, or rapid quenching allowing for post-process characterisation. The results show that the magnitude of the H 2 flux inhibition is largely influenced by the H 2 S level. Up to 30% reduction in H 2 flux is seen during long-term exposure to 2 ppm of H 2 S at 450 °C, a level below the thermodynamic level for sulphide formation. After H 2 S removal, close to full H 2 flux recoveries are seen. At H 2 S levels above 5 ppm, the level where Pd 4 S formation is thermodynamically expected on pure Pd at 450 °C, the H 2 flux is largely inhibited, and sulphide formation is confirmed by XRD and XPS analysis of long-term exposed membrane films. In addition, we have experimentally evaluated the H 2 permeation and recovery under exposure to upset (10 minute) H 2 S concentrations between 2 and 20 ppm H 2 S at 450 °C. Short exposures (10-min) to H 2 S result as well in a large inhibition of the H 2 flux: e.g. a 10-min exposure to 20 ppm H 2 S inhibits the H 2 flux by more than 80%. Despite the large inhibition full H 2 flux recoveries are obtained, even for membrane films exposed to H 2 S concentrations above the thermodynamic limit for sulphide formation (5–20 ppm).

This research is intended to describe question discourse in discussion on Indonesian MPK at Mathematics Department of FMIPA of Lampung University in academic year 2012/2013. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The subject in this research is 68 students majoring Mathematic of FMIPA of Lampung University on Indonesian MPK, academic year 2012/2013. The observational object in this reasearch is question discourse in discussion on Indonesian MPK at Mathematics Department in the academic year 2012/2013. Data collecting technique that is used in this research is recording technique or audiovisual, Technique of Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC), and field note. Collected data was analised by using of heuristic analysis. The result of the observation shows that question discourse found was in form of directive speech. Based on its communicative function, question discourse was found in form of; speech act of question , speech act of anger, speech act of ensuring, speech act of limiting, speech act of commanding , speech act of asking for, speech act of asking for reason, speech act of asking for permit, speech act of asking for explanation, speech act of asking for comment, speech act of allowing, speech act of questioning, speech act of adding, speech act of recalling, speech act of explaining, speech at of blaming, speech at of intimidating, speech act of Zul Kifli hesitating, speech act of revising, speech act of despising, and speech act of convincing. Based on its discourse directness, question discourse was found in form of direct speech acts on target and with argument , and indirect speech acts. Question discourse found in form of direct speech acts was one direct speech acts on objective and direct speech acts with argument. Question discourse found in form of direct speech acts with argument were divided into two; those that have argument in the beginning/its reason lies at startup and those that have argument in the end. Based on the conversation principles, question discourse was found in form of ; those that fulfill the collaboration principle and the politeness principle; those that fulfill the collaboration principle but don't fulfill the politeness principle; those that don’t fulfill the collaboration principle but fulfill the politeness principle; and those that don't fulfill both the collaboration principle and politeness principle.

Ceramic-ceramic composite (cercer) membranes of (Mo-doped) lanthanum tungstate, La27(W,Mo)5O55.5-... more Ceramic-ceramic composite (cercer) membranes of (Mo-doped) lanthanum tungstate, La27(W,Mo)5O55.5-δ, and lanthanum chromite, La0.87Sr0.13CrO3-δ, have recently been shown to exhibit H2 permeabilities among state-of-the-art. The present work deals with the long-term stability of these cercer membranes in line with concern of flux degradation and phase instability observed in previous studies. The H2 permeability of disc shaped membranes with varying La/W ratio in the lanthanum tungstate phase (5.35≤La/W≤5.50) was measured at 900 and 1000 °C with a feed gas containing 49% H2 and 2.5% H2O for up to 1500 hours. It was observed that the H2 permeability decreased by a factor of up to 5.3 over 1500 hours at 1000 °C. Post-characterization of the membranes and similarly annealed samples was performed by SEM, STEM and XRD, and segregation of La2O3 was observed. The decrease in H2 permeability was ascribed to the compositional instability of the cation-disordered lanthanum tungstate under the measurement conditions. Equilibration of the La/W ratio by segregation of La2O3 leads to a lower ionic conductivity according to the materials inherent defect chemistry. Partial decomposition and reduction of the lanthanum tungstate phase, presumably to metallic tungsten, was also observed after exposure to nominally dry hydrogen.
