Among cancer patients’ colorectal carcinoma abbreviated as CRC is the one of the chief cause of d... more Among cancer patients’ colorectal carcinoma abbreviated as CRC is the one of the chief cause of death Objective: To study the biological characteristics and types of colorectal cancer, and its correlation with various age groups and gender. Methods: It was descriptive study carried out in different surgical units of LUMHS Jamshoro, Sindh for period of 2 years including 115 patients. Biopsy was performed to diagnose colorectal carcinoma after getting consent from patients and the immune histochemical analysis was performed. Results: The age range of patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer were above 60 years males. Majority of patients showed per rectal bleeding with positive family history. Patients were also observed to be associated with different types of colorectal carcinomas including rectal, mucinous, well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated. The analysis of TNM classification showed majority at in stage II, also some were in stage 1V (8.09%)...

Achieving oral fluency becomes obligatory for students so that they can proficiently participate in the formal discussions, debates and presentations. Communication Apprehension is the fear of speaking. It hinders the speakers from communicating confidently and fluently. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feelings of students during communication and to identify the level of oral communication apprehension faced by engineering students. In this study, quantitative method was used to measure communication apprehension among the respondents. Data was collected through surveys by using random sampling procedure and analysed through the SPSS software. An adapted version of McCroskey PRCA-24 instrument was used to conduct data, 18 items were selected according to requirement of this study. In today’s civilization having positive teacher-student rapport is more vital than ever before. The purpose of my research paper is to know learners’ point of view about impact of teacher-learner rapport on second language learning. Total 209 participants were selected through random sampling. There are three main public sector universities in Jamshoro, Sindh and among those universities I have selected UoSJ and MUET. In academic studies it is mandatory to teach English up to higher education. Mansoor (2004) estimates that newly graduate have studied English for at least 9 years recently. English is used as means for instruction in professional education like medicine, engineering and law.One of the most common issues in learning a foreign language is anxiety. Among the three affective factors (attitudes, motivation, anxiety), language anxiety is the most common issue. It is also one of the factors which influence language learning (Henter, 2013). Anxiety is defined as “the subjective feeling of tension, apprehension, nervousness, and worry associated with an arousal of the autonomic nervous system” (cited by Spielberger.1983).
