I also cut five minutes from the cooking timeAlso, I made asparagus. The light Hollandaise recipe in the book goes well with that. I don't remember the exact wording though.

I LOVE Kalyn's Kitchen! So many great recipes are there. Also the "mock" Hollandaise is delish on Mock Eggs Benedict.
