Dynamic capability (DC) is a widely‐used model for managing opportunities and risks from digital transformation. However, there is a lack of research examining the measurement and relationship between the primary activities of dynamic capability and DT, especially within the banking sector. Acknowledging the importance of DC, we propose this research which emphasizes the significance of sensing, seizing, and transforming aptitudes in promoting DT and improving banking performance. Within this study, we specifically investigate the role of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) factors. By utilizing structured equation modeling (SEM) and analyzing data from 322 respondents representing 45 banks in Indonesia, our empirical findings demonstrate that all three DC activities have a significant influence on DT, in which sensing activity...

This research aims to investigate the factors contributing to high turnover at PT Semar Sentinel, with a specific focus on employee engagement. The study conducted primary data collection through semi-structured interviews with five employees from the company and the questions addressed factors that required improvement. The collected data was analyzed using NVivo 14 Software, employing deductive coding and content analysis techniques. The analysis revealed seven major variables: Psychological Availability, Brand, Leadership, Performance/Opportunity, The Work, The Basics, and Company Practices. The transformation process carried out by Pertamina Sub-holding Upstream is very challenging because the subsidiaries in the upstream environment are very diverse. After the implementation of changes to the Pertamina Sub-holding upstream, which took place on April 1, 2022, various issues surfaced. One of them is the employment relationship status transferred to another company in the upstream environment, in which provisions are used, the wage structure, and others. Based on this, several analyzes were carried out using the VMOST, GAP, VFT, and other models to find the dominant factors that must be considered in making decisions and alternatives that can be a solution in managing human resources after Go-Live SHU. The results of this study found the best solution that can be taken by the company using the AHP decision tree. This decision-making is done by filling out a questionnaire to determine which dominant factor is the basis for selecting the best alternative chosen by the company so that the current problems or GAPs can be resolved effectively and efficiently.

Previous research has shown that open innovation (OI) can help companies accelerate DX and improve their business performance. Objective: This study develops a conceptual OI framework to support DX (OIDX) and provides an overview of the dimensions. OI in this study refers to Open Innovation 2.0. Methods: We review previous research on OI dimensions, identify the activities, and map them along with the challenges that lead to failure. With this, we develop a framework to meet the needs and solve problems of OI implementation. Results: The OIDX framework has a comprehensive dimensional scope consisting of three perspectives, eight dimensions, and 26 sub-dimensions. The perspectives are enablers, activities, and output, and the dimensions are OI governance, external environment, internal climate, digital technology, importing mechanisms, collaboration, protection mechanisms, and export mechanisms. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of defining dimensions to establish General System Theory. The practical application of this framework is to build an OI ecosystem that can increase the internal and external values of an organisation. The OI framework provides OI success parameters and criteria for building the OI maturity framework in future research.
